Yes, you can do shading on Paint. I don't have any examples of that in my gallery (In fact, the only picture that I did on Paint that I posted on dA ISN'T shaded... -.-; Blue would of been nice, too (: But I think I like this a bit more... ah hell with it- do em both!!
And as for the fast commenting, I use the Recent Deviations Browse thing. Shows me all the most recent art posted from a whole bunch of genres. So I can find art and people faster (Like you (:.. )
